Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at livianna@outlook.com with your order number.

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you are covered by our 60-day guarantee once it arrives.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no commitment and no penalty, from the Manage My Subscription page.

To stop the next shipment, cancel before your renewal date. Orders already processed will continue as normal.
