You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, with no fees and no commitment. Cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
Cancel your subscription
Tapping the button opens a pre-written cancellation email to support@lymphroot.com. Send it from the email address you used at checkout (adding your order number helps, but it is not required). That is all you need to do. Cancellation requests we receive before your next renewal date stop the next charge, and we confirm every cancellation by email.
You can also cancel with the management link in your subscription confirmation email, or by calling us at +1 (800) 994-7238.
Your subscription terms
- Your subscription renews automatically and you are charged the subscription price shown on the product page every 4 weeks (plus any applicable tax and shipping shown at checkout) until you cancel.
- Each renewal ships a new order. Orders that have already been charged and processed will still be delivered.
- There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
Pause, skip or change the frequency
Prefer to keep it but receive it less often? Use the management link in your confirmation email, or email support@lymphroot.com and we will change it for you.
