Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.

Delivery times vary by destination country.

• Spain: 5 - 8 business days
• United States: 6 - 10 business days
• Mexico: 7 - 12 business days
• Chile: 7 - 12 business days

In some cases external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions or high logistics demand may cause small delays.

Shipping cost
